Tunza video spots on UNEP’s regional Youtube playlist! Meet some of the
environmental leaders of UNEP’s children and youth network. |

The best way to understand
Tunza is to listen to the voices of its protagonists. We are launching a
series of short videos recorded during the latest Tunza Regional
Meeting for Latin America and the Caribbean, held in Panama. |

TUNZA is a Swahili word that
means “to treat with care". The word was chosen as the name of the
strategy of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) for
involving children and youth in the activities of the organization. Feel
free to share the spots so that the Tunza network can continue growing!

Why are forests, rivers, mountains, oceans … so valuable? How do ecosystems benefit us? When they degrade, how does it affect us? Why are mangroves true anchors of life? There are many interesting stories waiting for you here: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLZ4sOGXTWw8E52arV33cDNQ39nOQN7Cb0 fuente: pnuma |
